Chad Louw
Secretary General
Chad Louw made history as the youngest Mayor in South Africa after the 2021 Local Government Elections. With extensive experience in governance, community development, and political leadership, Chad brings both credibility and a deep understanding of South Africa’s challenges.
He has served in Executive and Governance roles within key public entities, namely the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) and the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF). As Secretary General, he oversees organizational growth, governance structures, and ensures that PPM remains accountable to its mission and members.
